Epic Quotes

This is the place for all those amazing quotes that you've been dying to tell someone.

Any kind of quote you have... be it book, movie, or just something you heard somewhere... it's fine here.

As a ground rule, let's try to keep it to one quote per post. Just to keep people from immediately taking all the "good" quotes. =P

i met him when he did a reading at my school and came ridiculously close to expressing this publically, but managed to bite my tongue, although my poor friend katie heard a lot rom me about it on the walk back to the dorm. ;)

overall, quite a good book, and yann martell seem's like a really intelligent, thoughtful guy -- but his remarks on agnosticism were clever at best, and really didn't show deep consideration on the subject at all. basically, it came down to him using pascal's bet...and i think he could have done better.; ▶ Reply to This
