Gamer Nerdfighters Unite!!

So, through browsing some profiles, I have realised there are many gamer nerds out there! So I would like to hear what your favourite game of all time is! Or what you feel is the most overrated game of all time.

So I'll start! My favourite game of all time, and I believe, a contender for best game created, is Chrono Trigger!
That game is friggin aaaamazing...a masterpiece of an RPG, and a standard by which RPG's are created today. It may be old, but it never feels that way! It has everything you could want. Good music, excellent characters, time travel, multiple endings, and replayability.

Overrated game....hmm....I'll have to go with Super Mario Galaxy. *ducks for cover* It's not because I'm a Sonic freak. I like Mario games a lot too. But this game isn't that much different from other Mario games other than the gravity stuff.

I totally wasted so many hours of my life as a kid attempting to own every nook and cranny of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 before Sony came along and devoured any ounce of free time I had left. But when Sonic the Hedgehog 3 came out... and then Sonic and Knuckles with that little clip-on thingy... oh man. You couldn't tear me away from the TV if you tried. And many did.

I got that game when it first came out in 1994, and since that day I was in love. Great characters, great story, full of twists and betrayal, abilities, and Moogles! I have played through that game in its entirety probably 200 times at least. Another favorite is Earthbound, which was possibly the most quirky RPG ever created. Now I am more into PC gaming, because Consoles cost too much...

I spend most of my time playing GH3, so I'm mostly a Guitar Hero Nerdfighter.
I also love Halo 3. Halo 3 is the shizzle.
Chrono Trigger is also very cool; I'm glad you mentioned it. ^_^
