I'm at Staples High School in Connecticut. I'm a junior and I really want to go to Emerson College in Boston to be a filmmaker when I graduate. Hopefully I'll get in... I'm not sure what I want to do in filmmaking. I've always kind of wanted to be a director but I think I could be an editor or a cinematographer too. I know that whatever I do, I want to dabble in music supervising. I don't think you can really do that as a career, but I think that music in movies is probably one of the most important aspects to the mood of the film.
Music is superimportant, and not a lot of people realize that... I've been studying filmmaking, theory of cinema, TV and radio for the past four years, and my best advice would be to learn as much as you can about all the fields that interest you, and then decide which is the most that you like the most/offers the most job opportunities.
I'm in grade 11 right now. It sucks, it's like all the work of being in grade 12, but without the ability to look forward to graduating.
I'm hoping to get into architecture, but I've got languages and visual arts as fall backs, I'd probably go into teaching. Being a French teacher would be pretty jokes.
Architecture! Oooooh. I have so much respect for anyone who even thinks of being a foreign language teacher...I'm having a hard enough time with French at the 200-level.
So, I'd prefer to keep my current whereavbouts hidden, but I want to go to Brigham Young University-either Hawaii or Utah. I'm sort of torn. Anyway, I'd like to make cartoons for a living. I can't draw, so in the credits I'll be the "Creator and Producer."
I'm a first year at Columbia College in South Carolina and I'm an English major going for teaching certification.
I hope to help young Nerdfighters as they flounder about in high school.
DFTBA
I'm a Grade 11 at Vic High, which is in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Not sure where I'm going for University yet, but I know I'm sticking in Canada. Perhaps Halifax (which is the other side of the country) or somewhere else in that general area.
Hmm.. I'm in grade ten right now, at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School, in Ontario. I'd like to get attend university in Toronto and then get my Master's degree in England.
..but I'm not really thinking that far ahead yet.
I'm at MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois. It's a great, little liberal arts college. I love it; of everywhere I've visited, this is the only place that has a huge stock of great professors, especially in the English and History departments. Or if you're into Deaf Ed/Interpreting or Nursing. Either way, it's great. Check it out.

Of note: I'll be at SIUC next semester for law school. Yay.
Hmm, I thought I had already posted here, but apparently not. I'm currently a second year at UCLA (with senior standing because I'm completely awesome... or I just took a ton of AP classes/tests... same thing.) Right now I am a Business Economics pre-major, and am looking at a minor or two (possibly a double major, but that is unlikely). I have been thinking of starting my own business eventually (don't know what right now) although I've always also seen myself becoming a writer, possibly later in life, who knows?
I'm currently a Junior Radio and Television major at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. Um, dreams are vague, but I'm pretty sure they have something to do with moving to Los Angeles and becoming a television producer. I know nerdfighters would seemingly be anti-television, but I seriously think I am a television nerdfighter. I am so nerdy about it, I am absolutely certain such a paradox exists.
I go to California State University Northridge. I used to be all messed up and couldn't decide a major for the life of me. I sucked it up and now I'm a Journalism major. Prior to this unseen turn of events, I was an English Creative Writing major, but I decided that I needed a more straightforward degree.

With Journalism, I plan to give back to the world in my own tiny, little, minuscule way -- I hope.
