Nerdfighters

I was thinking about this the other day when I was re-watching some of the early videos and I saw the episode where someone had apparently accused the brotherhood of being bad role models because they had gotten toasted at a party (and not driven home drunk). I then thought of the things that I had been inspired to do as direct result of the Green's. These are some silly things like read some books I had been planning on, join Weight Watchers when I wanted to lose a few pounds and start recycling more seriously. I was wondering if any other Nerd Fighters had had such experiences.

These guys gave me a lot more confidence in most things i do, since i lack confidence almost all of my time... Actually giving me enough to start the vlog on YouTube that i have always wanted to do, even if no one watches :D hehe.
I now recycle more effiently and more seriously than what i used to, and have took an even bigger interest in the environment issuse we face.
I don't think i would have done these things if it weren't for the year of almost textless communication! xD
well im a little more confident in my nerdiness but i have really wanted to start my own vlog since watching theirs lol.
same here!
They have introduced me to books that I never would have noticed or read. I'm currently in the middle of Looking for Alaska and I am just so glad that the attention was called to it in B20. Also, I feel more confident in my nerdiness. :D Thanks Greens!
good call on the books i have definatly started reading more than before.
I know this sounds kind of silly, but they inspired me to embrace my inner nerdiness. Like, I'm not afraid to tell people that I do love Harry Potter and Twilight, and Star Trek. I don't care if they know that I read for 2 hours every night. And I couldn't care less if they don't like the fact that actually am concerned about the environment. Me, FTW.
They made me realize how awesome being a nerd is. I always new I was a nerd, but I thought of it with the negative connotation that the rest of the world still uses. Now I know it isn't a bad thing :D

And I made a vlog project with my friend. (youtube.com/girlswithguynames) which is something I NEVER would have done pre-BH2. So I guess they upped my confidence too.
They Inspired me to read more and now everywhere I go I pick up trash and try to recycle
Actually, Nerdfighters, I NEED YOUR HELP
If you're interested in helping. It's cool if you aren't.

My best friend has been stolen by something called "College." I'm in New Jersey, and he now lives in Pennsylvania. SO I NEVER GET TO SEE HIM ANYMORE. Hank and John have inspired us to want to make a video blog similar to theirs', but we are in severe lack of a name. Help please! I'm Victoria and he's Mark, if you want to use our names. Also, I feel the need to mention that I am a Tuba (mostly) and bass trombone (not mostly) band geek Nerdfighter, and as you can probably tell from my user name, I am definitely a Harry Potter Nerdfighter. He is a trumpet band geek Nerdfighter (this word is just so much fun to say.), as well as a mechanical engineering Nerdfighter.

And if/when we do get this channel up, I'll post the name of it, in case anyone's interested in watching us be weird.

Thanks, and DFTBA!
Brass Bandwidth
hmm...I like that one =D
Thanks, love!
They made me more awesome.
Seriously. I was almost a contributer to worldsuck before I found them.
They made me want to be less shy and meet people, they made me want to vlog, they made me want to be more active in helping people and the environment.

They are truly inspirational. :)
