Indie? Anyone?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone here was interested in the indie music scene, I know probably a ton of you guys are =D

So, what are some of your favorite "indie" bands? o.o

I personally love the Decemberists, Emmy The Great, Final Fantasy, The Mountain Goats, Fionn Regan, Bright Eyes, BSS, Arcade Fire, Death Cab For Cutie, Xiu Xiu, 65daysofstatic, Tokyo Police Club, Dntel, Bell Orchestre, The Cinematic Orchestra, Cat Power, Damien Rice Godspeed You Black Emperor, KC Accidental, M.Ward, Postal Service and Laura Veirs

anyone else? I'm interested in what you guys like =D

Out of the bands you listed I love Bright Eyes, Postal Service, and Death Cab for Cutie..

Some other band that (might) fit into the category that I listen to:
Wookiefoot, Sublime, the Scene Aesthetic, the Cat Empire, PlayRadioPlay!, Dashboard Confessional(besides latest CD..), the Broken Hearts Academy, the Academy Is.., and that's a few.

They have released some TERRIBLE artists(Nickelback, Avril, Celine Dione, etc) but so many Canadian artists are defining indie music today.
