Nerdfighters

Alright I don't know if this was discussed before but I'm sure all of us nerdfighters cried for at least one death in Deathly Hallows. I want to know who caused you to become the saddest and who you were just kinda like, "whatever" for.
I think for me it was a tie between Snape and Voldemort. I know that Voldemort's death wasn't supposed to be sad but it was just so emotional.
Oh and I don't discriminate against Order of the Phoenix or Half-Blood Prince either. I mean Sirius and Dumbledore? That's pretty darn sad.

Snape, i was crying when you see his memories of what was really happening.
i think i cried most for dobby, lupin and tonks, and snape.. but at the end of the battle is deffinitely when i cried the most, when they listed so many of harry's friends, but dobby was either tied with that or first. i just remember sobbing while it described how the knife was protruding through his chest, and i just ended up crying more when harry said he wanted to dig the grave the "right way" it was that that set me over the top.
Fred. Hands down.
Man, I cried really hard for Sirius, Tonks, Lupin, and Fred. Oh, and today at my church they said "And pray for all who have died including..." and one of the names was Lily Potter. I'm sure I wasn't the only person in the church laughing. It was pretty funny.
I cried a lot during Deathly Hallows. Actually, I cried a lot through book 4 onward. I was particularly leaky during book 5. The part in Deathly Hallows that had me sobbing was when Harry was walking toward what he thought was his death and he had his dad and Sirius with him and asked if it would hurt. I pretty much lost it right there. I know no one actually died in that scene, but for me it was still the most emotionally charged part of the book.
God, I'm tearing up just remembering that scene.
I was absolutely gutted when Fred died, partly because I adore Fred, he's my favorite character, but mostly because I'm an identical twin - I could picture so clearly what George must have felt, how painful it must have been for him. It's too awful to think about. I was out of commission for half an hour after I read it, just sobbing. Truly JK knew not what she did.
I sobbed a ridiculous amount at Dumbledore's death. I think the entire house heard me, it was awkward.
I actually didn't cry very much in DH, weirdly. I kind of sobbed while Harry was walking down to the forest to die, but that was about it. Except for maybe a tear or two for Hedwig.
Same here...when Harry was sacrificing himself, if you could call it that.  bawled my face off
Well...everyone seemed to get the same amount from me, i was crying that entire book, kinda rediculous accually, but i think fred , Lupin and Tonks were proberly the worst though...ohh but dobby, and the chapter with snapes memorys... It was all pritty emotional i guess. I really wasnt that cut up when dumbledore died, i had expected it to happen since like POA.
Dobby's was definitely the saddest for me. I think it was mostly because there was time to process. A lot of the other characters deaths happened so suddenly or amidst such action that there wasn't time to really stop and focus on the fact that the person had died. Dobby had an entire funeral during which the reader could mourn and reflect. Aside from this, I got really emotional during Harry's walk into the forest. It was just so well written. I think Jo did a great job of reminding us that Harry is just a 17 year old boy who carries the weight of the world. It was beautiful.
Either Bellatrix, Fred, Snape, Dobby or Hedwig...
