NaNoWriMo

I know that this is the completely wrong time of the year to start a discussion like this, but I was wondering who here has done NaNoWriMo? Or is planning to do it? And if you have, has your book been edited, and completed, and all that?

I've won twice but both novels were shit so I never did anything with them. I've kept them and sometimes go back to edit but I doubth that they will ever be published

Don't think I'll do it this year, it just makes me stress out, and since I'm trying so hard to have a lot of words, the quality of my writing goes waaaay down.
