Which one do you think looks better and which will you buy? Why? What do you think this says about your personality? What do you think the way in which the cover girl was "radically misapprehended" on your chosen cover?
—My favorite is the blue one. It's more subdued, and it looks like it has more depth. Her eyes even look totally different, more clear. Also, whenever I'm reading a brightly colored book (say, The Keys to the Golden Firebird) people keep grabbing the book to see the title and ask me annoying questions like "is it good?" Well, I don't know, considering I can't read it, thanks to you.
—I think this says that I like blending in. The girl on the cover is overlayed with a rustic background. The edges of her are blurred. Everything is transparent, like the text, her eyes, her lips, even.
—I think the girl (is her name Margot? someone comment back to answer, please) is sometimes mistaken as one who blends into the wall. Someone rustic and tough, dark and subdued.
