Falling in love. There is nothing like it.

Alternatively, taking time out for yourself when you have been pounded by a job/grown up life responsibilities for a few years in a row with no vacations... renting a convertible and driving down the Pacific Coast for a few days. The wind in your hair and the sun on your face, all your favorite music loaded up and playing. Not knowing where you will end up, but knowing you are happy where you are at this moment... and this moment... and this moment. That is a pretty sweet "high". :)
