Is Doctor Who getting any better?

I have heard that people are now dissing Doctor who because it is getting worse and worse, but I honestly DISAGREE!

The CGI is getting (mildly) better, Cathrine Tate is much better than I thought and I find myself counting the minutes before the next Episode.

You might Not Agree, but it is great.

Please Reply, and if you are from another country, any apart from places in Britian, can you compare the New doctor Who to Sci Fi series out there.

I still think that the second series with David Tennant and Billie Piper was the best, but I still proper like Doctor who

Honestly, the more I see David Tennant, the more I dislike him. He over-acts, runs around screetching way too much. But I'm an old-school fan and have become more and more critical of the new series as it goes.
