Nerdfighters

Harry Potter & the order of the phoenix has 766 pages.
Its fallen of my foot and almost crushed my toe before.
Anyone beat that?
I fancy a book that'll take me more than a month to read. :P

Collins the French dictionary. (Yeah, I named my Dictionary, I'm a nerd.) It's got over 820,000 entries in it...so I'm guessing that makes it pretty big.

Well my biggest one is my history book, which has 1200 pages and a cover double the size of a normal book. Apart from that one it's my Swedish copy of OotP, it has 1001 pages :)

I have a book that has all seven Chronicles of Narnia in it and it's got 766 pages exactly as well. It's never injured me before, though. It's paperback.
I did, however, hear of a woman, I think she lived in Russia-I can't remember. I just know she lived in Europe. In any case, she ordered a Stephen King novel and when it showed up, they put it through the slot in her door and it fell on her chihuahua and killed it. Don't know if it was true, but it's an interesting story.
