What language can you speak?

Part of my being a nerd includes my crazy obsession with my biggest goal in life.
- Learn how to speak over 5 languages fluently =D
1.) Japanese
~ this one I am nearly fluent in, if you know some japanese or want to practice talking, feel free to message me or commment on my page
2.) French
~ I just starting to learn this one but I'm great on the basics so same goes with this language - massage me, comment, anything and once I get my email you can email me
3.) German
~ I only know a little bit
4.) Spanish
~ Im getting this drilled in my head defualtly in school =|
5.) Idk - feel free to sudjest - I'll take anything but chinese because Im finally getting good with my kanji and i dont want to do anymore symbol memmerization.

Je peux parle francais, un peu. Bien sur j'ai un besoin d'apprendre plus de francais, mais je pense c'est un langue beau.

I *think* that it means:
I can speak French, a little. Of course I need to learn more French, but I think it's a beautiful language.

I suggect Latin for the last one. It may be dead but it doesn't half sound like a fun language to be able to speak.

At school really.
I also did an exchange and lived with a French family for a week, completely isolated. I've never felt so alone, so I had to rely on my language skills to get me through.

OMg are you serious?? wow, well was the family at least friendly?

Well... my penpal didn't really like me. His brother hated me until nearer the end of the week. His dad didn't like me until nearer the end of the week. It was like with the brother: "Er, qu'est-ce que c'est contrary to tidy en anglais?" "Messy, M-E-S-S-Y"
With the dad it was more "Ca va bien?" "Oui."

But the mom was really nice, because she was learning English and we helped each other out. But my penpal was awful. When he came over to live with me...
On the way home from school he pushed past this old lady so he could get back as soon as. >_< He annoyed me.

aw that stinks. Well at least the mom was nice, that makes it less sucky right? haha well I at least think it should be cool that you got to do an exchange like that :] Ive wanted to try something like that for a long time

People correct my english all the time, as a frenchie , I take it as an opportunity to correct french :p (although I probably didnt correct it entirely right, but nonetheless it is corrected)

I just have a question, when you corrected it to "...de la francais." could it also be put as "...du francais." because my french teacher told us that when "de" and "la/le" are together then they can be combined into "du." i just wondered.

Haha, you said "massage me" instead of "message me." It's so funny in the context.. lol. Anyway, that's awesome and I hope you get to learn five languages. I also wanted to do something similar, but have made no real progress in it :(.

Yesterday, one of my sister's friends told everyone that he heard a couple of 6-year-olds speaking in English, French, AND Spanish!!! That's incredible. I'm so jealous.

And oh yeah, I'm friends with a Japanese person, so if you wanted, I could probably get you two talking.

hahaha, oops i gusse even being an nerd can't save me from my horrible spelling on the computer, thank god for spell check, hahaha. Anyway if you want help with learning a different language or something I'd love to help, it's easier to learn when theres someone else learning with you. like I'm learning french with my friend melanie right now.

To the 6-year-old thing, that is awesome! i don't know how the heck thats supposed to work.

The major problem is that I just don't have time to be learning more languages. Although it would be nice, I'd go insane trying to learn during the school year at all. I'll ask my friend what she thinks about helping you with some Japanese. Her name is Yuri. She's really great.
