Nerdfighters

I was kinda curious as to what kinds of books (or whatever else, I suppose) you all have been reading. So..

What are you reading right now?
How are you liking it?
What are your thoughts?

I'm about two-thirds through Circle the Soul Softly, by Davida Wills Hurwin. It's the third book of hers that I've read in two days, and I'm really liking it (fairly obviously, I suppose). It's really interesting--it's about a pretty 'normal' girl (whatever that means) named Katie whose father died in the recent past; her mom just got remarried, and the whole family moved, and now Katie is uncovering memories of having been molested as a child, and she has to come to terms with her past and her father's memory.. it's kind of about figuring out who you are, and what makes people who they are, whether an action can define a person.. anyway it's really good. Highly recommended :)

So what words have you been taking in?

dean koontz's frankenstein. he is still alive and trying to create a brave new world. very readable, exciting and full of action, as well as the usual soulsearching.
part 2. can't stop reading, well, i can stop a little, obviously.
At the moment I'm reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, but I'll be reading Catcher in the Rye next week for banned books week. That's next week, right?
19 Minutes by Jodi Picoult, so far, so good. I don't normally like her books, but I'm reading it for book club. Also, I'm kind of sort of reading the Iliad for school. It's okay, kind of confusing.
Musicophilia by Oliver Sacks. Basically, a neurologist talking about music and the brain. Kickin' on every degree.

Right after that, I'm going to read Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
With the 'actual' books genre, I've just finished reading Fight Club (Most fantasical. Totally awesome.), and now I'm finally getting around to finishing the Sweeney Todd book (Pretty awesome, too. But I miss the songs. D:).
But, concerning graphic novels, I'm making my way through Watchmen (Also awesome, go read it if you haven't.).
I'm reading Inherit the Stars by James Hogan. Excellent sci-fi, I would recommend it for any sci-fi fan. I'm also midway through God Knows by Joseph Heller, but it's been slow going and I might not finish it. Good book, but like many other Heller books, little coherent plot.
I've just started World Without End by Ken Follett. I read Pillars of the Earth and thought it was so-so, and am now wondering if I want to bother to keep reading WWE. Anyone else read it? It seems so long to waste my time on if it's going to turn out to be crap
i tried pillars and got really bored. have not read anything by him since.
yep, pillars wasn't that great. I should have known when it appeared on oprah's book club.
sometimes those book club recomendations are good.
I just finished The Coming of the Fairies by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and I'm partway through Ender in Exile by Orson Scott Card.
