Talk baby talk, constantly.
Pretend to have to whisper something very important in his ear, come really really close, then plant a big kiss on him (works especially well if you're a guy).
Curse him so that whenever he does something, cartoon sound-effects play very loudly.
Ask him to "pull your finger".
Make a list of villains you think are more successful and cooler than he is, read it to him.
Follow Voldemort around, saying encouraging things such as "Good boy Voldy" "I love that robe on you, very... flowy" "don't worry about Harry today Voldy-boy, you'll get".
