Nerdfighters

Okay, this is not hating on Nerdfighters, it's just been pissing me off lately.

Nerdfighters do have their own little hand symbol, BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME AS STAR TREK'S LIVE LONG AND PROSPER HAND SYMBOL, MKAY?
SO IF I DO THE LIVE LONG AND PROSPER HAND SYMBOL, I'M NOT NERDFIGHTING, I'M BEING A TREKKIE. STAR TREK CAME FIRST, NERD. IF YOU WERE TRULY AWESOME, YOU WOULD KNOW THAT.

This has just been really getting to me lately. My friend Caitlyn (who is a nerdfighter also) brought this awesome pen to school that had a giant Live Long and Prosper hand on it, and this other girl, called Tani (who is also a nerdfighter) was like "AW THAT IS SO COOL, NERDFIGHTERS!"
-.-

NO. NOT NERDFIGHTERS.
STAR TREK.

Just thought y'all should know.

I love QuantumTuba.
And your witty ways.

And to be fair, I didn't know there was a difference.
What's the difference again?

Doesn't everyone love QuantumTuba and his witty ways?
I think someone should make a discussion about that.
Done it =]
HAHAHAHA, I love that.
And example of Die soon and fail!
I feel disappointed in myself. I watched a lot of the original Star Trek as a kid, and I knew of the LLaP hand signal, but I didn't know that's what it meant. Until now. They do have similarities, but I don't think I'd make the mistake of mixing them up. Personally, I always thought the symbol meant "we come in peace."
I guess. I don't think it should be that big of a deal.
That is like telling a British man that football is just a game...!
lol
Football is just a game.

Futbol, on the other hand...
totally agree with you!
Easy now....!
Um, stereotyping much?

Football is BARELY a game.
And I'm British, so yeah.
