A guy friend stopped talking to me for no reason why???

I have this guy friend who is all amazing and stuff but not right now. He has stopped talking to me for no reason at all. I have thought over every detail in my head and I did nothing wrong. My friends told me to tell him about what I was feeling (wrong idea). It didn't end well, he doesn't like things that are touchy feelly. Even thought he should have said sorry to me I said sorry to him "for the mistake I made". I said sorry and guess what happened? He is still ignoring me! ^_^( Not really no, not a happy face)
I'm so confused is he just playing games with me? or is there another reason? Please help!

again... i really doubt he's playing games.  there have been a lot of good suggestions on what may be going on in his head.  or, was, as this is a discussion from years ago.  i hope he just needed time, but to the ladies dealing with this sort of thing right now...understanding goes a long way, and some guys will really want that, or at least to be heard...but even with them...you may have to wait for them to (wise up and) open up.  till then, don't disappear, but don't push either.
