A Song of Ice and Fire - Favorite book?

I just started A Clash of Kings and I am wondering if there is some fans here and if so - which book is your favorite?

Have you read A Dance with Dragons? I think I'm going to read it anyway, but if you have read it, is it worthy as a follow up?

Different time span sounds great! I'm pretty sure we've got A Dance with Dragons in pocket edition in Norway, and I believe you'll be able to order it on the internet by now.

definitely the first...but a clash of kings is very good. Just about ot start reading A storm of swords, is it good? has anyone seen the TV show??

I saw the first four episodes and then I figured I had to read the book. I've seen the first season now, and it is honestly some of the best TV shows I have ever seen.

I don't understand how people manage to keep entirely track of what happens without reading the books though.

i know. The books are so long that I am genuinely curious as to how the tv writers could condense them into a season of tv. I am going to buy thr DVD soon....just came out at the local barnes and noble! :)
