Adoption or insemination?

Hi nerdf, I wanted to know your opinion about this.
I have a cromosomic disorder (I hope it is written ok), that doesn't let me have children of my own. If I want to have one, I'll have to adopt or have an insemination done.
I really like the idea of adopting a child, because I feel I will make that child happy, but I'd also like to be pregnant (call me weird, but I've always dreamed about having a huge belly and a little person inside).
I know it's too soon and I'm not thinking of having a child now, but I wanted to know your opinion

UPDATE* and now that I see that most of the comments are pro adoption, would you stop having a child of your own for adopting one? Just to know. I wouldn't know right now, but maybe you do
