Nerdfighters

So this is random, but I was wondering if any of you know (or are) nerds who break the stereotype that is nerd.

I know someone who will come to school in a letter jacket one day, and a math team sweatshirt the next, and I think that's pretty awesome.

So, do you have any similar people you know?

EDIT: I realized about 10 minutes after I added this discussion that there are SO MANY people who break the stereotypes, and I myself know quite a few. Continue discussion anyways!

well i consider myself to be a very unique type of nerd, because I am completely fashion backwards. I'm not solely a skinny jeans person, i dress like some strange cross of hippie/goth/emo/scene/vintage/hobo. Example: Currently I have a nineteen twenties flapper style haircut, i am wearing a long brown hippie skirt with a black tank top with a skull on it and long rainbow socks. I DELIBERATELY TRY NOT TO MATCH. [because dressing in the dark is fun and color coordinating is SO over-rated]
when it comes to the social scene, I'm what's know as a social butterfly. I know a lot of different people and i don't hesitate to talk to new ones. i guess i cover up any nervousness i have by being extra loud and exuberant. I feel that if I make myself look silly, it breaks the tension with new people.
I know plenty. Most of my best friends are Nerdfighters. Some are dancers, some are reasonably popular. And don't get me started on those who attend the Rochester Institute of Technology. I am fairly sure it's a mecca of nerdfighting. There are quite a few programmers and such I know that are not stereotypical. Like, their jeans are the right length, they wear short socks, and if you see them on the street, you wouldn't know that they're nerd(fighters). I would also like to point out that FIRST Robotics is a mecca of nerdfighting. Everyone looks perfectly normal.
This is me. I'm the farthest on the right, in my homemade jedi robe, waiting outside the ROTS premiere at 2 in the afternoon.

This is me. I'm the one in the middle, with the freaking beauty pageant crown on my head.

Seriously, one of those crazy-awesome WTF moments. Band Geek + Sci Fi Nerd = Azalea Queen?? LOL I feel like I tricked them or something
Sounds obvious, but you are made of awesome.
lol why thank you!
I know a guy who perfectly mixes the nerd and jock stereotypes. He's on the Science team, the Academic team, the tennis team and the football team. One day he walked in late to one of the Academic team meetings, took one look at the scoreboard which had "Robespierre" written on it and said (pardon my French) "Robespierre was a dickhead." Then he went on to go through every event in Robespierre's life that proves this point. It was epic.
CTY. John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth Summer Programs. The entire campus will be filled with people like that. The really smart ones who really wear Nirvana T's instead of pocket protectors. The kids who where subjected to Metallica while in the crib and not Mozart. Some of the coolest people Iv'e ever met in my entire life, and I'm one of em.
