Decreasing Parental Suck

Hello, I have a cousin, Jackie, who has parents who are extremely non-supportive and have told her almost each day of her life that she will never amount to anything. She has somehow risen above the abuse and made a life for herself in Nashville, attempting to write music that will ultimately decrease world suck and bring people together (I'm betting on a Wyld Stallyns-type world change if you get my reference). She may even bring about world peace. Who knows? Certainly not her parents, who flat-out told her that it was a waste of time to even TRY to live her dream. She's an employed, charitable, selfless person who has brought nothing but positivity and love into this world and she needs the help of Nerdfighteria. My only personal gain in this endeavor is that I want to see her parents have to eat crow and admit they were wrong. See, I'm not as good a person as Jackie is. Here's the thing, though, she's only got four days left. I've donated as much as I can, but if Nerdfighteria comes through for Jackie, I will personally go to Nashville and make an AWESOME video with Jackie, thanking everyone and doing some sort of hilarious and possibly embarrassing song of gratitude (I have no talent, unlike Jackie).
