Fictional Evil Baby Orphanage

If an Evil Baby Orphanage would make OUR world suck less, it should make other wolds suck less, too (ignoring the fact that it would change awesome books or make them less eventful).

We know a lot of the people that would be in the Evil Baby Orphanage, but who do you think would be in the Fictional Evil Baby Orphanage and what book or show they are from.
