Gaming - Addictive?

Do you think gaming is addictive, and do you think that gaming time should be phisically restricted?
I think that it is a little bit addictive, but should not be restricted because if people want to spend 3 hours on a video game then let them, it is a free world, let us be free

I think it is possible to spend too much time playing- it could be possible for someone to get addicted. However, I think that people should still be able to play, just in moderation. Everything in moderation, as they say.
