I have recently been having a lot of trouble with people arguing with me, claiming that gay marriage and indeed homosexuality in general is wrong.
I need your best arguments for gay marriage- and also views from those nerdfighters that may think that it is wrong.
Please help.

We've gone through this before. Less than a hundred years ago, it was considered disgusting and morally wrong for a white woman to marry a black man or vise versa, it was the same with marrying out of class and out of your religion. But that's pretty much changed minus a few crazies who people ignore because of their complete insignificance. Every time the social paradigm changes, it's a struggle for everybody to accept it. That's all this is, it's just a shift in the cultural perspective of marriage and homosexuality. A hundred years from now, people will be looking at the history books thinking about how rediculous it was that anybody thought that gays were not entitled to the same rights as everybody else the way we do when we look at the civil rights movements in our history.

I can't seem to figure out if this is pro or anti gay marriage.

Remind them that God creates people who are not only XX (woman) and XY (man) but also XXY, XYY, XXX, and X...and that there are people born with both male and female genitalia. God made them, we are ALL His children. I mean seriously, do they want to question God's handiwork?

Of course if they don't believe in God, or some other religious ideology, simply say that it's none of their business what two consenting adults do.

I have had som discussions about this in my life and generally arguments against gay marriage are from the bible.

I've read leviticus, no gay sex is right in there next to no sex with your grandmother or animals, but marriage, also with two people from the same sex is about love. And the nr. of bible verses on love is way higher, so apparently more important.
The bible also said that you shouldn't judge anyone ever (leave that to God), so if they follow that there wou'ldn't be a problem.


Also, if God created people, he also created gay's. It can't be that wrong if God made them that way :)

I havnt read all the post's but i have read a few. Most of the anti gay marriage people seem to say "marrage is between a man and a woman". Sure, the government set up the constitution of marrage with a man and woman in mind. Does that mean it has to stay that way. Things change people. Get that through your little brain. Just because Black people used to be slaves, doenst mean they have to be slaves forever.
