Good Anime?

Hey guys, I was wondering if y'all knew about any good anime series out there? Netflix is easiest for me to use but it doesn't have a big selection there. If anybody has any recommendations, please also post a URL so I can find them.

Although not for watching Anime, it has a review to any Anime in existance as far as I know.

When you find an Anime you want to watch, you just google it together with "watch online' and I gurantee you you'll find a place to watch it too.

Best anime shows that come to mind are my personal favourite One Piece (although at 500+ episodes it might take a while to catch up). Other favourites of mine are Cowboy Bebop. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

There are some good choices on Netflix. Ghost in the Shell: SAC is on there, as is the film Redline and the classic 80's series Robotech.

If you are on netflix, I'd suggest the more classic animes- Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), Naruto, Soul Eater, Fruits Basket, Bleach, etc.

Full Metal Panic and Ergo Proxy are my absolute favourites. FMP is a ton of fun to watch. It's about that genius girl that gets an undercover bodyguard assigned for protection. Having spent all his life in a military environment Sousuke, the bodyguard, has a hard time fitting in and is constantly oblivious to common sense. The anime is great, the manga is just blah.

 

Ergo Proxy is rather dark. It's about a dystopian future, where people live under big glass cover ever since the whole world has become a single grey desert. They developed robots to make everyday life easier - but recently the cogito-virus, which gives the robots the gift of self-consciousness, is spreading. At the same time large human shaped beasts appear with superhuman strength. It's an Anime to think about...

I guess it really depends on your taste. 

But my personal favorites include:

Death Note (supernatural, action, thriller, drama)

Angel Beats (supernatural, action, comedy, drama, romance)

Clannad (*slightly* supernatural, drama, comedy, romance)

Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom (action, drama, thriller)

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (comedy, supernatural)

Full Metal Alchemist (action, comedy)

Soul Eater (action, comedy)

Madoka Magica (i honestly can't describe the genre)

Ouran High School Host Club (comedy, romance)

All of these are really easy to find as torrents, if that's your thing. You can also watch them online on almost any anime website, like animefreak.tv or animedreaming.com
