Nerdfighters

So, today I went grocery shopping at Walmart. I thought I'd see if maybe there was a copy of Will Grayson, Will Grayson and ended up Hanklerfishing instead. What did I find? No Hanklerfish but notes in every copy of The Fault in Our Stars from a local nerdfighter. WHO ARE YOU? The only nerdfighters I have met in person are my siblings. Please show me I'm not alone.

That is horrible.  Is the kid going to be okay?  Getting a computer out of the deal is pretty sweet though.  My dad keeps telling me I should consider adding memory to my laptop to make it run faster.  It is probably so 'old' in tech standards that I would be better of getting a new computer.

Do you ever build computers?

The 'Geeky and I know It' video totally made my day.  I am totally geeky and I know it.  I'm currently using a purse that has a mockingjay on it.  I also have a Star Trek cookbook.  I really should make a recipe from it but I don't like cooking when it is just for me.

The video makes me think of 'White and Nerdy' by Weird Al.  I thought it was really funny. My hobby makes me sound old. Though I do really enjoy playing Super Mario Brothers Wii.

Well...  I ran out of room to reply to you.  (nerdfighters actually wont let me keep replying).  So I'll reply to myself.  Yeah the kid is okay.

He's coming by to pick up a 2.2ghz computer today so it's not a bad deal.  I just figured that he should spend more time plotting world domination and less time getting into squabbles.  Tonight we're making conductive thread out of carbon and a wireless network antenna out of a pringles can or a pie tin.

We don't have very many people showing up.  Looks like just four.
