Help finding articles

For English, I need two articles that are against the stance that I take in my paper. My paper is about anti-bullying programs, why the programs should start young, being proactive and that teachers, parents, and other adults should be involved with the children to lessen bullying.

I have been searching the internet with no luck to find articles that are 

• Against anti-bullying programs in school
• Against proactive anti-bullying programs
• Written by people that believe that bullying isn't an issue
• Justifying bullying
• Saying that parents and/or teachers have little to no affect over bullying if they try

This is mainly because these views are ludicrous.

I found the Parents' Action League site, so I might be able to use that, but I need at least one more. Videos or interviews would be okay too!
