Help! What is this music from?

So, I was watching The Big Bang Theory, and in the last few seconds of the episode there was a song playing in the background, supposedly coming from a computer game. I know that I've heard this music before, but I absolutely cannot place it. I'm almost positive it was used prominently in a YouTube video, maybe even a Vlogbrothers video. Can anyone identify the music and/or the video(s) I'm thinking of? It's Season 1, episode 3, "The Fuzzyboots Corollary," and can be viewed here:

I was referring to the music that's coming from the computer in the actual show, not the end credits. Thank you, though!
