Nerdfighters

In my years of living i have made the inference that humans are doing nothing good for the world. Sure we claim that we are saving it by reducing pollution and stuff, but we would have never had to do anything to help if we wouldn't have caused the corruption in the first place.

So... what's your point? Unless if you're suggesting that the entire human race should kill ourselves in a way that would not harm the environment, but perhaps help it, then you're not offering anything here. (that sounded a little harsh, I didn't mean it to) The point is, we are here and we have made a negative impact. So, what do we do now? We try and save what we can.

Let's say you have a friend, a friend that's been there for you every day of your life. Whenever you needed something, they would be there to help you. Whenever you needed to talk, they were there. Now let's say that for the past couple of years you have been taking what this friend has been giving you but paying them back with harsh words. You hurt them physically and emotionally whenever it was to your benefit. Your relationship with this friend has gone from great to absolutely terrible and leaning toward nonexistant. Then you realize what you've been doing. How much you've been hurting this person that has been there for you and has cared for you. You want to get out of the bad relationship that you're in and try and build it back up to what it was, even with the realization that things have changed and some things that were done can never be taken away. Would you try and redeem yourself by being there for your friend? Would you try and do what you could so that your friend could and would forgive you? Would you try and repair some of the damage that you've done to your friend? Or would you just say "screw it, I shouldn't have done that in the first place. Look where it got me. That sucks."

I would try and build that friendship back up and help my friend whenever I could.

But you would have to consider that this friend also gave donated blood, some bone marrow, a kidney, and other pieces of themselves to you that they will never get back, and may need in order to survive. How would you remedy that?

Yes...we need a president who is doing more as in the way of the environment. The first start to saving the environment? School. Kids should be educated, which they are not being.

Yes, in order to help the environment, we first have to realize what we are doing to put it in its corrupt state. We need to change our actions so that they actually benefit the environment, rather than hurt it.

Yes...Allie you understand. Some people think that there is no solution to our desicion to destroy the world. We are proving to the world that kids can make a difference and have good ideas.

Seriously? Destroy the world? Don't get me wrong, we can obviously fuck the world up, but destroy it? We wouldn't be able to wipe life off of this rock even if we put all our resources towards it.

Not to mention that the decision wasn't to destroy or even handicap the world. When we started down this path we were ignorant of the lasting damage that would come from it. We were trying to build a better quality of life. To look at it as if we were scheming little bastards with the only intention of destroying mother nature is ridiculous/childish.

We could still do a damn good job with all the nukes we have.
But twinkies would survive and then some fungi would grow on it and life would continue.

Also anything living in a cave would have increased chances of surviving.
