I need help coming up for Challenges for a year long project!

When I turn 21 on Monday November 9th, I have decided to dedicate my 21st year to doing yearly Monthly and weekly challenges. This way while I look for a job, I'm not completely bored to death. This is my way of contributing to decreasing world suck levels, and I'd like for this to be really awesome. This is where you come in. I need ideas for Challenges! Whether it be weekly Monthly of Yearly challenges, throw them my way.
