Looking to make an anime website, looking for a programmer.

By anime website, I mean a list keeping website similar to MAL (myanimelist.net/) but with a lot of changes/additions that I feel would improve a site like that a lot. There are 2 other people involved in this project who are staff along with me on another anime-related website. Anyways there is no base coding so it would have to be built from scratch and it would be preferable that whoever helps us would want to stay on with us as an admin once we get the site going. We are willing to pay but I have no idea how much something like this costs so if you are interested we could talk about that later.
