Nerdfighters

And this one was on the front cover:

'A man and his wife live on the 12th floor of a 20-floor building. The man gets in the elevator one morning on his way to work, and presses the button for the ground floor. The elevator descends three floors, and then the elevator stops.

The man immediately thinks "Oh my gosh, my wife is dying." Why?'

Duuuude, is it ''someone like himself?''?

Yes it is! :)  The answer is: an equal :)

Want to share another riddle?

Do i ever!

Check this out- A man walks into a restaurant, and orders seagull. He tries it, pulls out a gun and shoots himself.

That must have been one bad tasting seagull!

Was he afraid of birdflu? Or did he notice right after dinner some birdflu-ish symptoms?

Some time ago, the man, his wife and his friend went on a cruise. The boat crushed and they were stuck on a small lonely island with nothing but seagulls on it. After some time without food, the wife died and the friend decided to eat the wife. He lied to his friend telling him it was a seagull he haunted down, and that the wife drowned.  They both eat. When eating a seagull again after all these years, he realizes he hadn't eaten a seagull and kills himself because he has eaten his wife.

Or the wife can be replaced with the friend.

Well, yeah, but when someone who knows the answer says it its kinda ruined for everyone else...

Want another one?

This was a while back... but I would like one

Here's another one:

There is a light bulb in a room upstairs. You are downstairs looking at three light switches. One of the switches controls the light bulb upstairs, and the other two switches are useless. How can you figure out for certain which light switch controls the light bulb if you can only go check the light bulb ONE TIME?

:)

Flick on one of the switches, and leave it on for a while without going upstairs to check. After some time has gone by, turn of the first switch and turn on the second one. Go upstairs to check on the lightbulb.

If the first switch works, the lightbulb should be off, but warm to touch.

If the second switch works, the light should be on.

If the third switch works, the light should be off and the bulb cold to touch.

Not sure if this is 'the' answer but it should work!

You got it!
