Nerdfighters

I know I haven't been around much as your Books NM and we haven't had a blurbing book club selection in months, but with the recent release of Maureen Johnson's latest book, which is fantastic, I thought I should change all of that.

You know the drill by now.  Read the book, and then come back here and discuss it AND blurb it.

So, for those of you who've read the book already, what did you think of it?

I loved it, my friend gave it to me because she's afraid of JTR, and she wouldn't read it, and i finished it in less than a day, i couldn't put it down. I loved it, the way rory didnt even realise that Alistair was a ghost.

Blurb -

who could imagine how choking on your food could change your life so much...?

Such a great book, I've always been a complete and utter anglophile so any book involving a British boarding school, Whitechapel, ghosts, Scotland Yard, and Jack the Ripper is pretty much an automatic must read. This book is so amazing and I can't wait for another!

I loved it overrall!  I'm pondering over how Rory will continue with the squad and what awaits her at her parents' home.  Can't wait!  It was funny and true, I wanted to jump in and visit Rory's hometown!

Blurb: Murderers not dispatched by death.  Diamonds, young adults and near-death experiences needed.

This book is the reason why I'm so obsessed with Jack the Ripper now (I'm a bit of a horror mystery person).

This book was so creative and interesting that at points I was looking around my room in case a ghost or something was watching me. It was a cool concept to set it in modern day, and the ghost thing was cool.

One book that I will be rereading again in future :)
