Some backstory. I do architecture at university. This year we were asked to do a load of maths for our tech side which wasn't fully explained to us (I was in every lecture and did check the notes).
Anyway, I have to retake tech this year as whilst my classmates mostly blagged the information and still passed, I was honest and said i didn't fully understand and I failed.
TO THE POINT! Does anyone know how to do this maths and can they explain it to me? (taken from an example paper a few years ago):
Thank you for helping in advance if you do! ^^

Permalink Reply by David Zebarah on July 25, 2012 at 8:11am It depends on how focused on architecture the math is. I majored in electrical engineering, so I understand calc and physics, but if you're doing statics or anything structural, I probably won't be able to help.
If you need my help just shoot me a PM.
