I'd like to point out with only five questions like that you aren't going to get very good data. There's too much room for unaccounted anomalies. I'd suggest at least two more 'how tired do you feel during the day--very tired, a little tired, normal, not at all tired, energetic' as well as a question asking what kind of grades they typically got in elementary school, and whether their sleeping habits were the same or better at that time.

Further: This site isn't the best place to get an objective sampling. Most of the people here are self-admitted nerds. Which means you're going to get very few people who score poorly in school regardless of sleeping habits, and those that DO perform poorly are going to do very poorly, again, regardless of sleeping habits. I could explain the psychology behind that latter bit--but both parts just come down to the fact you've selected a site full of people that take pride in having larger brains than the rest of the world. This is going to skew your answers quite a bit.

Most of the internet is going to have this problem, really.

I'd suggest getting real world people to do it. Perhaps at your school or a neighboring one.

Thank you for your suggestions. and i'd like to point out that this isn't an exclusive survey to this site, I have posted on other sites and the majority of my data will most likely be from real world people (I've got several teachers who are making all of their classes take the survey for me.)

And as for adding the other questions they have really nothing to do with my hypothesis and would therefore just give me extra unusabe data, but if this goes well i might expand the survey and I'll make sure to include your questions because I really like them.
