Hi Evan,
I work in heath care and November is health awareness month for men. Particularly for prostate and other sensitive non talked about issues. Check out the link for Movember, I think you'll like it. Not only do you not have to shave, you can do it for a cause.
I would ask my man to join, but he stops shaving in September and then molts again when the spring flowers bloom. We've been together over 7 years and I've yet to see his upper lip or chin. It must be love.

I guess the only guidelines/rules I can think of are these:

1. Shave October 31. That way, if you want to, you can monitor your progress with others'. Just a fun idea.
2. Personally, I'm against any trimming. I know technically it isn't shaving, but still, if you're going to do this, why not go all out?

I think it's a great idea. Crystal, I've thought about not shaving my legs for a month in protest of my BF having such a hairy face all winter. I'm not sure I could make it a month. Ewwwww. Good luck if you try. Seth, I also think if your going to do this, go all out. No trimming, nothing. Full face beard!
