Hi! I'm Kat (obviously). I'm 23 and I'm from London :)

 I can't even remember how I found out about Vlogbrothers, but I've been watching since some time midway through 2010. 

Likes: cute animals, tumblr, reading, drinking tea and sleeping like a cat. 

At the moment you can find me obsessing over the Sherlock TV series, as done by the BBC, The Avengers (and the films leading up to it) and Doctor Who (and probably everything else I like as well

I've been meaning to sign up... I just kept forgetting, and then I decided that I wanted to talk to other nerdfighters, so I joined! :D

My niece read The Fault in our Stars, and then my sister read it, and she told me I had to read it, and I did, and I loved it, and I laughed and I cried, and it's the best book I've read all year. Since I review for a book site, that's saying something. And then not too much later, I made the connection that those John Green videos that I had seen popping up on friends' FB pages were the same John Green, and then I realized there was a channel, and I started watching the crash course videos and now I've gone back and have watched all of Brotherhood 2.0, as sort of a training program to become a real nerdfighter. My goal is to watch all of the videos.

And yes, I feel like I have found my people. My tribe. My community.

My name is Jessica, I live in Springfield, Missouri. I love History, and therefore am doing the only logical thing, becoming a History teacher. Also I love reading, crochet, Doctor Who, all things Joss Whedon, My Little Ponies, and other randomly nerdy things.  So ummmm....yeah.
