welcome Olivia.  don't think anyone will mind that it was a process getting here.  we'll all probably be glad you realized how great it is to just be you, not what pressure from school or your peers pushes you to (pretend to) become.

Hi, I'm Amy.

I started watching Vlogbrothers in November and have been obsessed since! I also like other youtubers like Charlie McDonnell, Alex Day and WheezyWaiter. I'm a bit of a music nerd! I play trombone in a few of the school bands and teach myself xylophone. I like most music. From My Chemical Romance and Rise against to The Mountain Goats and Bright Eyes to Chameleon Circuit.

I'm not very good at maths but I find that Science, especially Chemistry, is really interesting.

That's just about everything I have to say!

Please don't eat me ^_^

hi amy

i confess i was hopeing your last name would be pond.

i saw you liked Chameleon Circuit so i threw in a dr who joke

welcome to nerdfighters : )

Haha my little cousin calls me Amy Pond.

I am Scottish but unfortunately still not ginger.

Thank you! :)

wow your Scottish. i'm gelious

[for some reason my spell check wont tell me how on earth to spell that word]

Don't be jealous! It's not half as cool as it seems.

are you kidding? you have the best accent in the word!

I don't have a scottish accent

*hangs head in shame*

wait what? your scotish . but no accent? why?

I lived in a different country for a year when I was really young so I have no real accent.

welcome Amy!

couple of things, you should never be ashamed of who you are...and (more to your last comment) everyone has an accent.

That's a good point. Also, whatever accent a person has often does not match their national identity. For example, I've lived in the American southeast my whole life, but I am often told that my accent matches that of a mid-westerner. An in terms of national heritage, I identify more as Irish than anything else, and I can't speak with an Irish accent even if I try.

I guess my point is that I'm thrilled that you are who you are, which is a conglomeration of numerous fascinating and awesome histories and backgrounds and stories, as well as all of your own experiences.

That and welcome to the Ning. :D
