Hi there! I'm Lanie, a newbie... and I got started off by reading An Abundance of Kathrines because (and this is really sad) I had no friends my freshman year of high school so I read during lunch. 

Anyway, I started reading, read all of his books then googled him just last year and found his tumblr, then a few months ago found vlogbrothers and now I'm almost all done.

I'm big on literature, and love love love reading and writing. I would also like to make friends so hi there *wave*

Hello internet

I am 21 and graduating college in May with a certification in 3D Animation/Game Design and I found nerdfightaria via Crash Course in February or so and I decided to join this here forum thing today because why not?  I like video games (obviously haha,) animals, books, music, and knitting.

I am one half of a two-man indie game studio and that's probably the most interesting thing about me, unfortunately.  I spend a lot of time on the computer or otherwise holed up in my house because I'm unemployed and my friends all have full-time jobs :c  On the weekends when I am finally able to interact with other humans I can be found on the arm of a nerdy guy doing various things like buying out craft stores, going to parks to take photos of ducks, playing video games and watching movies.

Hello, I'm Danielle :)

I would not really classify myself ask a nerd. I think I am more of a geek. When I think of nerds, I think of people who are really smart and I am not really intellectually intelligent.  I am however a really big fangirl! xD

I love (good) comics, manga, and anime. Animation is one of my passions so it depresses when think about how I can't draw...not even a little. Also I like fiction books, especially supernatural/fantasy either for YA or in romance form. TV is rare but I do like Psych, Criminal Minds and Fringe. (old: Star Trek:TNG, Reading Rainbow, Gargolyes, and The Cosby Show)

I typed a lot....I must be nervous. Anyway. Hi y'all. :D
