What's your favorite retelling of a fairy tale? I just finished Ash by Malinda Lo, and it was definitely the most creative retelling I've read. I loved it! Also, what're your favorite original fairy tales?

I don't think I've read any retold fairy tale, but I did read a new one. It was wonderful: Deathless by Cathrynne M. Valente. Neil Gaimen loved it so it had to be good right? ^^

I liked Beastly by Alex Flinn. But that was a while ago. I also recently read Enchanted by Alethea Kontis, which wasn't flawless and had some odd issues, but I still enjoyed it.
