I don't think anybody can be perfect, I also think that anybody who believes they're perfect needs a sharp pin to the inflated ego. However, I'm not sure this question was meant to be taken so literally. So i guess my "perfect" or "ideal" person would be somebody who can admit their faults without being overly apolegetic or trying to rationalize them, somebody who can carry a decent conversation about intellegent topics, somebody who is comfortable sharing with me but not a gut spiller/misery whinner, somebody i know i can trust.... ready set go find me one!
I believe that someone who dares to be different, dares to (ah, I had to say it didn't I) be themselves and not following the norm, but still manages to be social, intellegent, funny, adventerous, faithful and forgiving, is the closest one would ever be. And of course it isn't bad being a beauty either ;)
And anyone who can even get close to this description deserves everyone's admiration, and will certainly get mine.
That is at least my idea of the (impossibly) perfect person
