Ten Things You Hate About You

I: That I probably wouldn't hire me,
in spite of the fact that I think I'm so awesome
(Vanity...horrible horrible vanity-
who the eff do i think i am?!?!)

II: I'm a pain in the ass-I really am.

III: Dirty people freak me out,
yet my car is a mess, and so is my bedroom.

IV: I have a horrible memory where people are concerned.
I blame it on my misspent youth
but, in actuality, it's probably got more to do with
the lack of concern i sometimes place on people.
which is, admittedly, an apalling thing to say
but at least I recognize it.

V: I feel so unworthy of my God,
because I'm such a forkin hypocrite

VI: and I'm a liar-
ohh my Lord I lie like it's going out of style-
about stupid little shite that doesn't even effin matter.

VII: With regard to relationships---I take in strays:
I rehabilitate them, get pissed at them and then push them away
and then they get adopted by Significant Others
who didn't have to do any of the work,
but will reap all the benefits of my labour

VIII: I'm a 32 year old child.
there's no two ways around it.
Peter Pan's got nothin on me.

IX: I'm a walking contradiction

X: That I used Roman Numerals instead of numbers
(pretentious much?)

as well as your confounding and large flaws.
No judgement here
We all suck on some level.
Feel free to roll about the mucky mire within, with me.
Let's get our yuck on.

FURTHERMORE:
I'm going to read everyone's list.
This is for (at least) two reasons:
#1 I believe your voice needs to be heard
and it will serve as a comfort to know
at least one person knows your muckymuck

#2 I'm effin nosy.

II: I never see peoples flaws. Which often ends up with me getting hurts. Damn me
III: I have an extreme obsession of the Beatles. Which isn't exactly a bad thing, it's just a little sad, when i think about it, that 4 guys, 2 of which are dead, so completely define my life. *ponders*
IV: I let other people make me think less of myself. Even if just for a moment.
V: i cannot keep my room clean for more than about a month. And it just all goes downhill form there.
VI: I call myself a devout Catholic, yet I rarely go to church.
VII: I alienate the people I love the most
VIII: I still can't get over this one thing that happened months ago. And i don't know why
IX: My laugh. Seriously.. I sound like a dying donkey. It's sad
X: The fact that i actually just thought, with great detail, about the things I hate about myself. I think that says I'm possibly extremely self hating......; ▶ Reply to This
