The Scorch Trials by James Dashner?

Anyone else heard of this series??
The first book is called the Maze Runner and the second is the Scorch Trials
and if you haven't read them do it now because they are AMAZING!!!!!!

Anyway, if anyone out there has read the Scorch Trials we should really discuss it here because it was a crazy mindboggle and i wanna hear theories for the sequel and opinions and all that fun stuff :)

I really likedthis book. Not my favorite of the trilogy, but it is special in a way. I mean the formula stayed the same, fast paced action packed stuff that doesn't let you put the book down, but the fact that Thomas and his friends were not completely under WICKED's watch gave it a twist that made it more fun in a way, for me at least. It didn't let me down even though I was expecting more answers, but it was still awesome. Nice to have a trilogy end in a good note, not like Mockingjay in HG. As for my favorite book of the series, I'd have to say the first one.

i think that the wholer riddle thing with wicked was surprisingly simple :/ though i liked all the other stuff.well apart from the thing right before the ending..you know what i mean ;)

and i must admit that ST was my fav book

Yeah it was simple! And yeah I know what you mean I was hoping that they would be together after it was all said an done, but no it wasn't meant to be.. sad day =( but yes I agree ST was the best one!

I think the ending was awesome I definately was not expecting what happened.
But i am going to have to agree and say scortch trials was my favorite in the series.

Ohh I haven't read The Scorch Trails yet, I'm still reading The Maze Runner, but so far it's really good ^_^

Seriously, this book is like a caffeine explosion inside your brain. You feel really excited about things, and they all seem to make sense, or at least are making increasing sense, and then BOOM! PLOT TWIST.

My friend and I had such intense discussions about the books, and the question that we always came back to was: What is going on in the author's brain?? SO COOL.

These have been some of my favorite books since literally days after the first book came out. If my personality had a book, The Maze Runner would be it. I am such a sci-fi junkie, and everything about these books was amazing.
