I lost my copy of The Wind Through The Keyhole.
I accidentally left it on a bench outside Morrisons and by the time I got back someone had taken it and left the bookmark.
I was heartbroken :( but now calmer.
Anyone else had similar a experience?

Permalink Reply by CD on May 10, 2012 at 12:59pm That sucks, but it's hyperbole (it is shit though).
Someone stole the license plates of my partner's car the other day. That would be annoying on it's own, except the car can't be driven until it gets new plates, and in this case, not until it's reregistered, and that costs $1,000+, so we have to get into debt to do it, and we have to do it soon, because the council impounds cars that don't have license plates (and then charges for impounding and towing, also upwards of $1,000). And that's just the start of why I'm pissed off at the moment, but I won't go into it.
No offense, but it could be worse. I hope hearing something theft related but more annoying has cheered you up.
