There is a picture of Hank Green in a gold speedo somewhere and we are going to find it.

In Hank's most recent video he talks about The Rocky Horror Picture Show and how he was in a production of it and if you click through the links at the end you find out that he played Rocky. He says that there aren't any pictures on the internet of this but I refuse to accept this. Some where out there there are pictures and probably video of a young Hank dancing around in gold underwear and we are going to find it.

Now he doesn't mention where or when this was but I think that it is safe to assume that it was while he was in college, either a production his school did or at a theater near by. Hank went to Eckerd College in St. Petersburg Florida in the Tampa Bay area. I've checked the school website and they don't have anything besides what was done in the last few years posted so...start digging around, I know we can do this!

There AREN'T! I've made very sure of it. I was in rocky before digital cameras existed...mind you. It was a different world, where every time you took a picture, you had to pay someone to turn it into a picture for you. And those people would be LOOKING at those pictures, so you couldn't very well take pictures of you in embarrassing circumstances, because strangers would be looking at them!

I'm not saying there are no pictures...but there are no digital pictures.

So the pictures have to be scanned on to a computer, they still exist. I was in productions long before the advent of the digital camera but there were still cameras and video cameras at everything i have ever been to/ been in.

But hey, I didn't know that you did theatre! I thought you were the science/music half of the Vlogbrothers! I learned something new today...

Well Hank, don't you and John still have to do a challenge because we figured out the space past vs. Earth beef problem? Could we challenge you to do something similar to your goth punishment when you showed us the picture and the recreated it? That would be a good thing for Nerdfighteria to see, I believe.

I'm assuming if there are pictures, they're much like the goth picture that was taken of Hank while he was in high school. You know, the one he had to re-create for a challenge (or punishment? I don't recall). The black lipstick. The eyeliner. The gloriously limp hand.
If you are so very curious as to what Hank looked like as Rocky, then maybe you and a few other curious creatures should suggest he show it off as his next punishment.
