I've heard this one about Nero, but I'm not sure it's true: He used black haired and brunet slaves as toilet paper. I hope that's not true.

I haven't heard that one before, but I do know that Nero used christians as candles for his parties. He would cover them in tar, stick a wick (spelling) on top of them and set them on fire. He was probably the nastiest of all the roman emperors.
