Ive actually been thinking about this alot lately. Personally, I don't want anyone to subscribe to my channel unless they enjoy my content and actually DO want to be alerted when Ive created more. Sub for sub, imho, isn't any indication of how I'm doing as a content creator, unless its based on mutual interest. :-\
That said, I do always enjoy watching and making friends with new youtubers, and maybe they'll enjoy my stuff too, and we can ride off into a happy little sunset of awesome.
I am coming up on my one year anniversary of posting videos and would really like to hit 52 subscribers (I'm 4 away from that). That way I have one subscriber for each week of the year.
Hey all, I'm a Film Student and I have a YouTube channel which I have started making videos for again :)
I've checked out a lot of people's videos on here, and they're all great! It's nice to see Nerdfighters starting their own channels after being so inspired by the Vlogbrothers. Here's mine!
I do want to promote my channel, but I feel like a sub-for-sub is kind of cheating. I don't have a problem with other people doing it, but I don't want to do it myself. So, I would greatly appreciate it if you would look at my channel, but please don't subscribe unless you actually like it. I'll be checking out all the channels posted here, but I will only be subscribing if I actually think I will want to watch future videos.
A lot of great videos, people!
Isaac: Congrats on becoming a youtube partner :)
I just made my first video ever myself:
(I normally don't *talk* in English :p Thanks for watching!)
This is a good place to start! A tribute (spoiler free!) for The Fault In Our Stars :)
Just had a blast watching and subscribing to a whole bunch of awesome nerdfighter channels!
I just started vlogging last week but so far I've done a nerd list, a book review, and an original song so if that's the kind of thing that floats your boat;
I hope you enjoy my videos! :)
I'm currently working on a film Adaptation of The first chapter of Fault in Our Stars it's part of a bigger project called 12 films in 12 months, in which we do just that.
Hope you enjoy
