The Adventures of Dr. McNinja
Least I Could Do

Penny Arcade.

I'm aware that some people really don't like Penny Arcade or CAD for what ever reasons I don't understand. Apparently it's more than "we don't like the art/humour" they actually HATE the writer and comic. Don't be hatin'.
Hanna Is Not A Boy's Name
Evil Diva

I think my attention span is too small to handle checking back at any more.
xkcd
cyanide and happiness
Gunnerkrigg Court

and a few other things... I used to read 9th Elsewhere and Directions of Destiny, which were more like webmangas... but ergh... yeah.
Beartato
Buttersafe
and of course, Cyanide & Happiness and xkcd.

Also, if you like webcomics, you should definitely check out pretty much the funniest thing I've ever seen on the internet -- the blog Hyperbole and a Half.
I'm a huge fan of the webcomic "Jesus Christ: In The Name Of The Gun". The son of god goes back in time to fight Nazi's and stop the Holocaust. It's super badass, has amazing illustrations, and is hilarious. Super fun read.
XKCD
Questionable Content
Khaos Komix (definitely not work safe)
XKCD
Least I Could Do
Looking For Group
Domics
Cyanide and Happiness
Dr.McNinja

It looks like my tastes fall pretty much in line with everyone else's, but I'm going to list them with the least-mentioned first in case anyone wants to get into awesome new stuff (like I do!):

Sailor Twain (mermaids and intrigue on an 1880s steamboat on the Hudson) - http://sailortwain.com/

Hey Pais (journal comics by a cat. They also made Pais/Star Trek valentines this year!) -  http://www.heypais.com/

I am Boey (rudimentary journal stick figure comics by an amazing artist) - http://iamboey.com/

The Adventures of Dr. McNinja - http://drmcninja.com/

Pictures for Sad Children - http://www.picturesforsadchildren.com/

Nataliedee - http://www.nataliedee.com/

Toothpaste for Dinner - http://www.toothpastefordinner.com/

Married to the Sea - http://www.marriedtothesea.com/

Hark! A Vagrant - http://harkavagrant.com/

xkcd - http://xkcd.com

And obviously, if you look at my profile picture, you know I love Questionable Content - http://www.questionablecontent.net

I also second the recommendation for Hyperbole and a Half. Every single entry makes me laugh - http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/

There are plenty more, but those are the ones I just read in my morning roundup of comics and news.
