You don't have to want to like the books to like them. You just do. They're amazing. I read Looking for Alaska, then Paper Towns, then An Abundance of Katherines. Katherines was actually my favorite, because I somehow found it more easily relatable. Although I am not a former child prodigy, I have some of the same social issues that Colin Singleton has. Anyway, it doesn't really matter which one. LFA is more similar to Paper Towns.
