I have met Ray Park (Darth Maul), Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor in the Smallville TV series), and I almost met Sean Astin... but I didn't. I saw him though, just not face to face.

I met Brent Spiner once at a Star Trek convention.

That is honestly the only celebrity I have ever met, which is not surprising as I live in Canada.

My sister met William Shatner at a convention she went to, and she even got on stage with him and did her Scotty impression!

I haven't really met anyone famous, but I've walked within 3 feet of Stephen King, and a guy my father works with played in a band at Elijah Wood's birthday party a while back. Yeah... not very exciting.

I met Rory from 8 Simple Rules (Martin Spanjers).
I was in Chicago with my family, and we all decided to go to the art museum. We were standing in line waiting to go in when I saw him going into the book store. I was 12 years old and SO excited! 8 Simple Rules was my favorite show back than XD. Anyways...I went up to him (with my dad because I was really nervous >_<) and started talking with him. It was pretty epic.
I don't really know who I would like to meet. I think I would rather meet a famous youtuber than a famous actor. I would LOVE to meet Hank and John! That would be freakin AWESOME! :O
Also the lead singer from the bad The Guess Who lived on my street when I was living in Canada XD.

I've met John, Joan Jett, Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Ludo (the whole band), Katy Perry, Kenny Vasoli (the lead singer of The Starting Line), David Cook, David Archuleta, Michael Johns (he gave me a hug, greatest moment of my life), Brooke White, Jason Castro, Carly Smithson, Chikeze Eze, Kristy Lee Cook, Syesha Mercado (I love American Idol, don't judge me :p), Tavisha Wolfgarth-Simons, Rikki Simons, and Matthew McConaughey (he was filming a movie in my town and I didn't realize it was actually him until later, stupid me).

I'd love to meet Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Neil Gaiman, Hank, Hugh Laurie, John Barrowman, Christopher Eccleston, Sarah Dessen, and James Franco. A bunch more people too but I think I've listed enough people in my reply already. Haha.

I met Jerry Seingfeld. I was in NYC, and my friend and I were soaking wet because we just went to this show where they had a rain machine. He walk pas me, stopped and gave this head nod he gives on the show when ever he sees something weird. It was awsome!

Johnny Unitas used to be my next door neighbor. (If you don't know who Johnny Unitas is...well, the only excuse for that is if you are not American)

And I met Michael Phelps. He's kind of a douche, by the way.
He's from my town so I've seen him around a lot and my sister used to see him out at parties all the time because they were friends with the some of the same people. Plus, he used to swim with one of my best friends before he went to the Olympics.
