Why don't woman like wrestling?

Most girls I talk to, HATE wrestling, they think its brutal and pointless.
My argument is, it is interesting, the violence is cool and entertaining (gotta love those extreme rules matches!!) and, its not pointless if you get entertained, and the wrestlers get rich.
With the boys I know its a different story, they love it, they love the violence, they love everything about it!!

So tell me:
What do you guys think about wrestling?

Don't get me wrong, I think it's awesome that you enjoy it because I also enjoy lots of activities that girls typically don't enjoy, but I just couldn't get into it. And not only that, I dislike perpetuating anything (and this includes all sports, not just wrestling) that means that people like Beckham, John Cena and Irene Van Dyke get payed more money for being talented at a GAME then ANY teacher does for helping educate the next generation of doctors, lawyers, presidents, aid workers, janitors, phone sanitisers and hairdressers (i've read Hitchhikers, we need these people, environmentalists and other nessasary career people.

Its ridiculous.

However, in a society that promotes and practically reveres violence i think it has its place and I don't blae anyone for enjoying it.

I don't too much anymore just because it just sucks now. The whole storyline with Edge and Vickie Guerrero is when it was just gross to watch. She is a horrible actress. Though, I have been invited to see Smackdown when it comes to town with a couple friends. I'll go see it, but still won't watch it on television.; ▶ Reply to This
